To organise our lessons we use My Music Staff, a service provided by Port 443 Inc. (Canada). When you make an enquiry, we create a record there with your contact details (name, email, phone) in order to handle your enquiry, schedule lessons and send you appointment reminders and information about your lessons. For children's lessons we also process the details you give us about your child.
Port 443 Inc. processes the data exclusively on our behalf; a data processing agreement is in place. Processing may take place on servers in Canada, Europe and the USA. For Canada, an adequacy decision of the European Commission applies.
